Higher Education Full Site Refurb - ongoing work

Appris, a Bradford based higher education provider, approached us with a vision for a complete transformation of their training facility. Seeking a modern update that resonated with their educational mission, Appris envisioned a supportive environment for learning while remaining aligned with the demands of contemporary education.

ACS Interiors took on the challenge of enhancing not only the specific areas designated for apprenticeship training but also the broader educational landscape at the Bradford site.

Our solution

Our design focused on simplicity, functionality, and safety. To minimise distractions and optimise the learning environment, we provided a complete solution, including furniture, carpets, interior decorating, and wall branding. Having contacted us during the pandemic, we integrated social distancing and safety measures seamlessly into our design and execution.

In addition to the individual training rooms, ACS Interiors tackled multiple areas across the site. The scope of work covered flooring upgrades, installation of furniture in classrooms, training rooms, and IT suites, as well as the creation of a bespoke reception desk. Office spaces received a modern facelift with new furniture, and fire doors and security entrance doors were systematically replaced.

The outcome

The result was a cohesive, modernised learning environment that transcended individual spaces, providing a consistent and upgraded experience throughout the entire facility. The higher education full-site refurbishment successfully aligned with Appris' educational goals, offering a space that promotes effective learning while ensuring the safety and well-being of all occupants.

The client

“I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you for the excellent work you and the ACS team have done with the classroom makeovers here at Appris. The feedback from staff and learners has been excellent this week and we are delighted with the outcome. Thank you”.
