Project overview

We were approached for a turnkey solution on a tight budget to completely refresh our client’s boardroom. The existing boardroom was not suitable for its intended purposes, lacking adequate seating and modern aesthetics. The client desired a flexible space that could accommodate at least 16 people for meetings while also allowing for smaller gatherings and training sessions. Additionally, they wanted a feature wall reflecting the company’s brand colours.

Our solution

Our design team meticulously planned every detail, including new electrical floor boxes that would work seamlessly with various table configurations. High-quality renders showcased different angles and room details, presented in a comprehensive pack for client approval. The chosen solution featured Tilt Top Tables and Executive Meeting Chairs, complemented by a concrete- effect credenza unit. Chairs can be stacked neatly, and tables folded away when not in use. The result? A cost-friendly, flexible furniture solution that delighted our client.
