Our client commissioned a prestigious new Head Office designed to suit their requirements with open plan office space, meeting room and mezzanine boardroom. With clients regularly visiting their offices for meetings they needed a smaller, more private meeting room as well as the capacity to accommodate at least 10 people in the boardroom. The quality of furniture required needed to be outstanding and reflect the individuality of their new premises.

Our solution

After initial discussions on available space and ideas we reproduced the floorplan for both floors, providing 3D Renders of how the space could look with the office and boardroom furniture in situ. It didn’t take long to agree that bespoke furniture would better suit the look our client wanted to achieve. We invited our clients to one of our showrooms to meet our Lead Designer for bespoke products and see the collection of wood veneers, the quality of finishes and discuss the finer details. We provided our clients with a sample of the finish for the boardroom table, which was to have several coats of a hand finished, UV fade resistant lacquer applied, plus samples of high-quality leathers for the office and boardroom chairs. We also arranged a sample chair from a London showroom for our client to see.

Once CAD/technical drawings were agreed the furniture went into production. We tracked progress and provided updates at every stage, arranging logistics/installation followed by a post install site visit. It was a pleasure working on this project with the team at Willow Properties and we are delighted they are happy with the finished results.
